Retainers run in 3–6 month terms (3 months minimum), reviewed and renewed thereafter. This is Brass HQ's fixed agency fee for managing the retainer — see the note below before reading it as a total price.

N.B. This is Brass HQ's retainer agency fee — our management and service fee for running the retainer. It is not the total cost of the items delivered under a package (press releases, TV/radio interviews, sponsored posts, etc.). Media platforms set and regularly change their own rates for these items, so we don't fix them here. Once you choose a package, we confirm the specific items and platforms with you, get their current rates, and share a full costing before any work begins. The agency fee itself is fixed and does not change.
